usually during summer

but it happens during other seasons too, just not as much

i'd say its harder b/c im a big guy who usually stuffs myself at every meal...
even if im eating healthy foods, stuffing yourself is never good in anyway

all ive really done is stopped gorging myself
eat till im basically just not hungry
not full
just not hungry you know...

just doing that should save me 200-600 cals a day i think
