yeah i'm bustin ass, tryin to get a defined chest by late may. its late march now, i have 2 months to get my chest more defined, and i havent seen any progress over the last 4 weeks. i'm seriously very worried.

6 days???? holy shit!

I knew a guy that tried that and then he wondered why he didn't have any results. I told him most trainers won't recommend working out more than 4-5 days, especially if you're trying to bulk.

It was like this:

working out 6 days a week is a very good technique for fat loss.... I'm starting a 6 day a week workout plan for my cut... working each body part 3 times a week... each workout is different... ranging from higher rep/lower weight up to lower rep higher weight... I'm expecting this to pay big dividends as far as bodyfat is concerned... diet of course is key as well...

I like 6 days a week too. 3 on one off is a split that I have favored in the past.
