My Absolved results

weigh/measure results

Well , measurements and bodyweight stayed the same (or close enough to it ) for another week. But dropped another .3 % BF. Slow results partly (in my opinion) because i haven't made any changes in my diet for the last 4 weeks.

Confession Time !!!!!! The reason I didn't make any changes in my diet the past 4 weeks is because I have been using Absolved for the past 4 weeks and didn't want anything else to possibly effect my fat loss while using it.

Absolved results




week 1 - lost .25 " off waist

week 2 - lost .5 "

week 3 - lost .25 "

week 4 - lost .25 "



went from a 32.75 " waist to 31.5"

Does anyone know if these results are typical? below average? above average? Should I try the Lipoderm ?

Who has used absolved and lipoderm ? Which worked best ? I think I read somewhere that if one worked for you the other probably wouldn't .

I used lipoderm ultra for almost 4 weeks. At first I didnt see any good results. I used on my chest beacause of puffy nipples and the fear of gyno. I did have quite a bit of fat on my chest. The real results came like a week or two after and I have to say it was not a miracle sup but it did work. I believe the products do work well but are not as dramatic as everyone assumes or would like. I will be trying absolved in the near future now that my abs have started to out line. As everyone said before this product is for someone that is already pretty lean. Absolved (abs) Lipoderm ultra (chest, and love handles).

Thanks for the reply . My "love handles" Are my main concern right now. The abs are coming in. So I might give the lipoderm ultra a shot next . Thanks !

The bottle says only to run for 4 weeks. If I did it all over again I would have bought enough for 6 weeks and ran it longer. I didnt take any weight meassurments because my body was already in a fat buring mode and sitll hasnt stopped but like I said my results came later there for me wanting to run the product longer. Dont wear a white shirt while using it will stain.

So the absolved is just for your gut and the lipoderm you use for the love handels?

Thats probably over simplifying it but thats the way I understand it

Yeah, thats a pretty decent oversimplification.

Absolved = VAT (visceral adipose tissue -- within and throughout the muscle and organs)

Lipos = SubQ (Subcutaneous fat -- below the skin)

If I was 16 y.o. and no BF to speak of so would i !!!! But being 48 y.o. and at one time over 20%BF I need all the help I can get .

I had little to no results on 3-4 weeks of absolved on the abs and am now trying lipoderm-y to see if I respond better - I will post full results in about 2 weeks...

My current bf% if 7.8 so I hear the results of these products seem to be less significant with lower bf.

I had very similar results when I used absolved for the first time. Do a search on my name and absolved - there is a lengthy thread on my initial results.
