Hello Guys
Just a quick question...
as in the thread title.
In newbie terms pls

Also... I have found eating is very time consuming and also
bloody expensive if you want to do it all the time.
Once I achieve my goals will I still need to eat like a horse?
At the moment, I am eating much more than I naturally feel like.
Cheers, Art.

I am sure you have read tp's articles. He gives quite a few metabolic/scientific/psychological reasons.

I like to cycle my carbs as a basic calorie control mechanism. It is hardly worth the effort for me to attempt to eat normal portions of things like rice or oatmeal. Satisfaction comes at a very high calorie total for me. I also like to indulge in a very extreme sense and have an appreciable appetite by any standards.

I can also get quite a bit of work done on underfeeding days without having to incessantly wonder when my next meal is and if it will be enough.
