Is anyone familiar with stress injuries of the forearm bone and if so does anyone have any exercises that can remedy the problem? Any biceps curls, whether preacher or standing, cause pain in this area. The exact location of the pain is as shown in this link:
I also had a bone scan for this injury and the scan confirmed that there were stress injuries present on the ulnar bone.
RICE is a common answer. Unfortunately, no matter how much rest I give it, eventually the pain always returns.
Does anyone have experience with this particular injury?
Thanks

I have a metal plate in my right arm that goes 3/4 the way up my ulna starting from the wrist. I feel your pain.
I know I use to have to do wrist curls ALOT but other than that, I've found exercises I CANNOT DO! CG Bench, Dips (sometimes), Preacher Curls, BB SkullCrushers and sometimes Rope Pressdowns.
