ive only ever done 1 course of roids and im looking to start a cycle of deca and sustanon and im wondering iif ill need any nolva. clomid or hcg and which way sholud i go about introducing them into my cycle
wk1 200mg deca
wk2 200mg deca
wk3 200mg deca, 250 sustanon
wk4 200mg deca, 250 sustanon
wk5 200mg deca, 500 sustanon
wk6 200mg deca, 250 sustanon
wk7 200mg deca, 250 sustanon
wk8 200mg deca

Spread out the sust and keep the doses consistent.
If anything you would want to run less deca, not less test like you have layed out. This is why people often drop deca 2 weeks before they drop test, it is long acting and will hurt recouperation efforts in more ways than one where as test will not to the same degree.

exactly - no use in running deca alone in early wks either. Take dbol early if you want a kick. Drop the deca 2 wks before the sust (your gf will thank you) & do PCT 3 wks after last sust pin with clomid. have P on hand for deca in case of gyno to be safe but shouldn't need it. Can bump the sust up a little - (you might take 250 2X week (every 3rd or 4th day. If you get no gains, it really wasn't worth the effort) Never run the deca w/o test!
