Is it safe to alternate injections between the (right) glute and (right) quad. As I cannot reach left glute and its akward doing the left quad

How often are we talking about. You can't reach your left glute? I have 18 5/8" arms and I can reach all of them, it isn't the easiest thing in the world but I am far from being a cripple just yet.

Well, aternating say monday due a glute then friday do a quad. Ya, I hear what you are saying Mudge but I am about as flexibly as a steel pipe. I could do it, dont get me wrong I just feel a lot more comfortable with the above method.

And I would do a 8-10 week cycle.

Do u know where you are injecting in your Glute?? I am the most Inflexible guy u will ever meet... i can barely put my hands behind my head and i can still do ASS shots. I cramp up alot too... U will do fine with your method... but i would be doing Every other Day injections with that Sust... but thats just my opinion.

upper right part of Ass should not be too hard to hit... flexable or not. Good luck bro

It would be fine...however I think you should add some other spots....scar tissue is gonna build up with e3d shots for 12 weeks....add delts orr tris or traps to your rotation

If you don't already know it, always use the upper glute area on either side to inject, so that you do not accidentally hit the sciatic (sp?) nerve. Also pull back
a bit on the syringe after inserting to see if you are extracting blood. If so you
run the risk of injecting directly into the bloodstream which you want to avoid. If
blood shows up reinsert the needle before pressing the plunger.

Quads are more difficult to use for injections usually, since the soft fatty deposits are harder to find. Fat deposit is best for slower and steadier absorbtion of the injected substance.

Thanks bro, I have never pulled back before. How serious is it to hit the blood areas

Without aspirating you're not going to know wether you're in muscle or a vein.

What is aspiration?
To aspirate is to withdraw fluid with a syringe. More specifically, after inserting the needle, pulling back on the plunger of the syringe for a few seconds to see if the needle is in a blood vessel. Rarely, this will be the case and a bit of blood will fill the syringe. If this happens the needle should be removed, replaced with a new one, and another injection site should be used. And yes, if there is a little blood in your syringe, it is ok to inject it along with your steroid once you have found a different spot..........it's your own blood isn't it?

When aspirating, nothing should come back into the syringe if you are in the right spot. Pulling back on the plunger will create a vacuum in your syringe. The oil cannot expand to fill that space, but any air bubbles in your syringe will. You may notice the tiny bubbles getting bigger and bigger as you pull back. They will return to normal size as you release the plunger. If the air bubbles do not disappear upon releasing the plunger, you have an air leak most likely caused by the needle not being screwed onto the syringe tightly enough, although on very rare occassions, the syringe or needle itself can be defective. Either way, purge the air bubbles out, put a new needle on and try it again.

Do I really need to aspirate?
Those who inject without aspirating are taking unnecessary chances. Sweating, nausea, dizziness, severe coughing, breathing difficulties, anaphylactic shock, coma or death can all result from not aspirating. Most of the time, steroid users experience dizziness and coughing fits when they inject into a blood vessel. But you need to be aware of the dangers of neglecting this simple technique that should take about 3-5 seconds of your time.

R70, Thanks for the info

there is sth that i don't understand cuz i never aspirated b4 cuz i inject only in the glutes and the doctor keep telling me it's impossible to hit a vein that will cause death while injecting in ur glutes but every time i go inject i'm scared to death it's not fun anymore
when u pullback the plunger and no blood appears , is this air or vacuum , i mean shall i inject that gap along with my steroid normally ? also what if the syringe has a very very small hole allowing the air to enter ?!!!

Speak English! Use proper caps and punctuation. Your laziness doesn't deserve a thoughtful response. Do you expect people to read and interpret that crap? Completely unintelligible.

If Quad injections don't bother you, why not just stick to them. Shoot the upper R quad, upper L quad, Lower R quad, lower L quad. There's you 4 area's. I shoot 10 CC's a week and only do Quad injections.
