finding time

I've been lifting for about 7 months now but i never really took eating seriously..i used to just take down as many protein shakes as possible...i know i need to eat small meals about 8 times a day or so 2-3 hours apart, but how big should these meals be...number of calories, protein and carbs per meal.

Depends on your goals, current stats, and BMR.

serious i put myself and my needs first, eating right, staying fit, everything else is secondary, survival of the fittest dude
