hey i was just wondering what you think about mass gainer products and how exactly they work. Do they juts make you fat or do they make u lean to? I was thinking of purchasing some to bulk up just wanted to find out some more info about them first.

If you get the right one they can greatly aid in gaining lean mass. In my opinion the two best on the market are Beverly Mass Maker and VPX NitronX.
