Why no carbs? You really need carbs more carbs.

Other than that it looks really good.

And
IMO, I don't think you should do legs and HIIT on the same day UNLESS, you're not hitting the weights too hard prior to.

Jodi - If carbs mean I can work in more tortilla's alternating FF & WW I can definetaly do that everything taste better in a tortilla.
I will also work in some sweet potato and corn.
Thanks

Babsie - I only have a limited amount of weights so my leg workout is not the quality you can get at a gym.
Thanks

No carbs as in sweet potatoes, brown rice oats. Not tortillas - those would be a very last resort.

NG - I don't like veggies with the exception of potatoes and some beans, but nothing green. I try them from time to time just to make sure my taste buds haven't changed.

JLB - I live in west texas, near (east)of San Angelo, my initials are also JLB, my bd is a day before yours but I have a couple years on you.

Jodi - I will work in more complex carbs.

Thanks everyone for your input.
Much appreciated

have you tried adding different spices or butter buds or grilling your veggies? salads?

is west Texas near Goldthwaite?

Posted by: JLB001

How funny! Are you another Jodie? Jen? Jill? We need a Julie to add to the J mix.

Posted by: Vieope

Your last meal is 06:00 pm?

Posted by: Momma2

Goldthwaite - is just over an hour from my house, and even alittle closer to my office.

Name is Jami

My last meal is at 6:00, because I walk in at 5:35 and don't stop running until I go to bed. I actually eat while running around doing stuff.

Posted by: atherjen

hey Jami! nice name!
Cool! my sister and her lives in Goldthwaite.. Ill be in TExas for a couple weeks at least this early summer!

what time do you normally go to bed at?

Posted by: Momma2

If you consider the fact that my husbands name is Jamie, we have plenty around the house.
I try to get to bed no later that 10:00 if all goes well.

Posted by: atherjen

ha now that would be weird being married to someone of the same name!

would it be possible for you to get in a lil cottage cheese or protein shake with some healthy fats at say 8:30 or 9:00?

Posted by: JLB001

Hi Jami!

My sisiter has a house full of J's too! LOL

Posted by: Momma2

We can confuse the hell out of telemarketeres.

I don't eat cottage cheese, I don't see why I can't drink a shake while doing my chores.
Thanks,

Posted by: atherjen

the shake would be good then! add some healthy fats to it if you can!

Posted by: Momma2

Well, I want to thank everyone for the help, watch for my upcoming journal.
Thanks

What about celery and natty pb?

Posted by: Momma2

Celery falls into the green category so it's out, my mom put some in stew the other day and I had to act like a little kid and pick it out.

natty PB I have followed your journal enough to know that it must be good, but what is it, where do you get it.
I do like regular PB, though it's been years since I have had any, because of it's fat content. If it's something I will eat (since I don't eat much) I am more than willing to give it a try.

Posted by: Jodi

Natural Peanut Butter - you can buy it at any health food nutrition store, fresh ground, unsalted. It is high in fat but its a healthy fat. The stuff like Jiff is not as healthy for you.

Posted by: Momma2

Thanks, I'll look for it.
And you just eat it off the spoon no bread or crackers?
I will have to watch it close, things high in fat always cause both weight and stomach problems for me. I'll give it a try.
