Well I just joined this forum to hopefully learn more about weight training. I'm 19 years old and i am 5'9" tall and weigh 145-150 lbs. I have been working out for about 4 years but have only been serious about getting bigger and stronger for a little over a year. i have been using whey protein as a supplement and drinking about 120 ounces of water a day. i have also been eating more high protein foods. i hope that i can learn more tips about diet and supplements from this site to help me in the gym.
