Is it possibld that some people can't get 'cut' no matter how hard they try? I watch what I eat, exercise - lifting 4 days a week and 4 days of aerobics @45 minutes each - and still cat get cut... it's pissing me off...

How long?
What BF did you start at?
You realize that safe weight loss/cutting is *only* a pound or two a week? I'm in a cutting phase, two months so far, and I've lost 7lbs or so of bodyfat, but I'm a ways from "CUT" and it's pissing me off too, but I know that this is how it goes.
Have you kept a diet/exercise log you'd care to share?

no i refuse to believe it is impossible for anyone to get cut...my guess is that its your diet...diet is the hardest part of any training...ask the deeit and nutrition forum for some tips, etc..

I too believe that it IS possible to get cut. Something just isn't right about your regimen.
Why don't you just tell us what your diet is? How long have you been working out? Make sure that you are honest with us!

I agree.
For some, it is much harder then others, based on genetics.
But if you resistance train, don't overdo cardio (you probably are), dial in a "perfect" diet, and learn body chemistry including things like leptin, you can indeed get "cut."
