Hey guys i just got my order of:
Syntrax Swole v2
Syntrax Glu FM
VPX Plasma Expandor and
Dorian Yates Propeptide MBF
i have never used these before any suggestions on how to take them, like should i take them all at the same time or one at a time when and how much would be really aprreciated.
