When do "You" perform your cardio? Before breakfast, first thing in the morning or later? Reason why I'm asking is because I read somewhere that doing cardio before breakfast will eat up muscle tissue. Is there truth to this or is this just a myth? I would prefer to do it in the morning because many a time after working out in the evening, I just don't have the extra enegry to do cardio also.

O boy this rock his been turned again. There is a never ending battle over this question and you will never get a straight answer. I perform mine after my workouts because thats the only time I can and it makes most sense to me to do it this way, for several reasons. If you do a search there was a recent thread on this that had a ton of great info in it, you should try that.

I do mine first thing in the mourning.But I have a whey,glutamine and water shake first.
