Hi there....I am studying to become an ACE certified personal trainer and was wondering if anyone has been through that monstrous book that I have and maybe has some tips, do's and don't, etc, etc....

hello...no, don't have any certain questions...just seem to have to have a LOT of knowledge about every frickin' bone and muscle in the entire body...feel like I am studying to be a doctor! :o)
Wanted to know what the main concerns are for the test..in other words....does one have to know that 500 page book inside and out? I know it's a great idea to understand as much as possible, but what knowledge has come into play on the job?
