Hi all,
Just wondering how hard/easy you all find it to keep your gains?
Say you get to a point where you are happy and dont want to
gain much more..( if there ever is such a state!!!)
Do you find you have to train just as much and eat just as much to keep the muscle on? Or you are able to take a few steps back and wind it down a little.?

Even if you reached a state of happines with your body. Why would you ever wind down? You should always be giving it 100% or you are just wasting your time in my opinion.

eat maintenace level calories but NEVER STOP TRAINING HARD.
