Been lurking awhile, and figured that it was probably time to join in.
39 yo, 5' 9 at 225. Was pushing 260 prior to some recent elbow surgeries in October.
Was away from the gym for about 12 years, but I got back into it a few months ago. The recent 35 lb drop was more than I ever expected, and it is a great feeling.
Glad to be at the gym, to be here, and to be back in the swing of things!
