If I had a picture of briefs, Id post it right here!
[x ]
but since I dont, Ill just post a red x in its spot

Im 190 lbs
6'

and not nearly ripped enough for those 2 to be bragging numbers I joined over a week ago, but Ive been searching old posts instead of reposting the same questions again, but Soon here Ill be posting plenty of newb questions, so bear with me, and thanks in advance.

I have almost no bodybuilding knowedge, never been to a gym, faint idea of which equipment does what, so I really am starting from scratch; Thats why I came here. I figure once you get going its mere persistance to keep going, but to start.. Ill need some reading materials! But why go to barnes and nobles and ask people who have no idea.. So here I am, Even the biggest bodybuilder had to start somewhere, and if I can learn from others mistakes, then Ill save alot of time(Or probably just make new ones!)

Thats all I can think of for an introduction, Ill save questions for a later time, and an appropriate forum, but more importantly..
Hi people!

hey, welcome to IM Chain Link,

If you interested ina book, the

New Encyclopedia of Modern Body Building
is a fantastic book IMO, its got everything from pictures of exercies, to poses, little nutrition info, sample diets.
I think i bought it for around 40 bucks, i think its a great reference, it even has sample workout routines.
