Candy bowl on my chest

I know this has prob. been beat into the ground but I have to ask.
I have a bowl like concave area at the center of my chest.
I can lay down an put like a grapefruit my chest and it wont roll off, The lower area of my chest has a 'cut' as does the upper near my collar bone.
Is there anything I can do to 'fix' this, the rest of my body is coming in fine except for this.
Should I do chest 2 times a week? Or am I missing something?
I do flies first- flat, In, then Decline
then flat and in DB bench
then cable crossovers low (like decline bench)
then flat bench
3 sets of each
Thanks for your input

Anything else?

just to clarify .. you start with 9 sets of flies... 6 sets of DB bench, 3 sets of crossovers, and then 3 sets of BB bench for a total of 21 sets?

Genetics, if there is no muscle there there isn't going to magically appear any either.

i dont understand what you mean by bowl....

Its a genetic thing, my brother is the same way. Its like a pot hole in the rib cage almost. It litterly dips in and you can't add any muscle to it. Sorry to say your stuck with it like that my man. Thats if its the same thing I'm thinking of.

My chest is a little concave also but I do have muscle there, more then when I started w/o but the rest of my chest has much more mass I need to cut back on the rest of my pecs and focus alot on the 'Cut' down the center
I will add an pic of what and were I am talking about, thanks again for all your help, Spitfire

This is the area im talking about. I have lets say 2" of depth of muscle in the red area and like .5" in the grey. Are any of the w/o that I am doing promoting growth in only the red area. then mabey that well ofset the prob. Or any w/o that targets the grey area that would help out alot

Help please

Help what? You need to make your chest bigger, that is all you can do. As of now if you are doing 20 sets you are going about it IMO incorrectly, the chest is not so huge that it needs 20 sets for taxation.
When My chest was smaller my upper chest was pretty weak too, the only way to combat it is to make the chest larger. My upper chest is still not on par with the lower, that is life. My outer chest is also stronger than the inside, that is life - we call it genetics.
If and when you make the chest much larger and stay lean, you will see some fibers crossing over in that region. You will notice this on some bodybuilders and not others.
Its been so many years I completely forgot about my old upper chest weakness.

Look at the line going across the pecs, this is what I'm talking about.

So there are no w/o that targets my outer chest more so I can cut back on, or center chest do focus more on Huh?
That sucks
Every time I work chest the outsides are blairing, and hardly feel a pump in the center, I thought I might be doing It wrong. But you think Im doing to much what do you think I should cut out?

I am the same way, you see that my upper inside chest is still not the same, that is just something you have to deal with.

so it kinda folds into your sternum in a way...
i see what you mean now
my boobs are too fat to tell if they do that or not

I kind of have a similar problem, i've been concentratin on inclines, flies, presses, dumbells, crossovers to try and get the upper portion thick, especially the inner line. My pecs are incredibly similar to Frank Sepe's. just alot smaller, alot smaller...a lot...but the basic principles of construction are the same.

If this is the same thing I've seen before there's nothing you can do about it. It's an inverted rib cage and the only way to "correct" it is surgery. You're talking about the shape of your bones, no exercise is gonna change that.

*Update*
OK I found a massive difference using this kind of pec dec with your arms extended only bending your elbows at the back of the movement and straighten them when there coming together, but push your shoulders out as far forward as possible and as always flexing at the end of the movement (same thing with cables)
*theres supposed to be a pic of a pec dec with handles I dont know the problem heres the link if you dont know what I am talking about

This might be common sense to some but I figured Id mention it.

I ain't no doctor but are you also very tall? Any bones that aren't as straight as they should be? I have a friend that has Marfan's syndrome and he has a chest like that.
