How many tablespoons in an ounce? in a cup?
I *think* its 4T / oz, but im not sure.

16 tablespoons per cup, so that makes 2 tbs per ounce

Yes...1oz is 28 grams/ml and 1Tbsp is 14grams/ml so 2 Tbsp in 1oz. Roughly 8oz in a cup so 16Tbsp in a cup.
