I always have my whey with skim milk,Would water be the better way?

I know believe that water is the best thing since the mix between casein and whey is not that good.

That doesnt make sense.
Are you bulking or cutting?

If you are trying to lose weight than I definitely recommend you use water. The additional calories you get from skim milk can really start to add up over time. If the taste is bad try to look for another brand. Part of the research also goes into taste, you may just find a much better protein?

I always used skim milk but slowly cut it out. I did half skim/half water then finally all water. If you gradually add less and less skim you can do it easy. Just my opinion though

milk adds calories and slows down the digestion process
water no added calories/fat, faster absorption

the extra 90 cals in 8 oz of skim isnt a big prob for me plus it just tastes better

I mix my whey with non-fat milk. You do get some vitamins and minerals with the milk as well as about 8 gr of protien. It is my post workout drink and my last meal of the day. I workout just before hitting the sack.

I can't stand supplements in milk - I always go water.

The calories in milk really arent the problem, its the sugar.

Ive gone directly to water.Sucky!!!Im trying warm water so its like hot choclate.Im trying to cut out the "LOVE HANDLES" so im hoping the cut in milk helps. Is the choclate flavored ok?I thought someone mentioned the straw or vanilla would be better?Probably depends on the powder huh?I use "Pro-Source" products like the NYTRO WHEY and there other pruducts like,Creatine,Glute,Oil caps,Thermo x,Supreme Bars, etc.Anyone heard of them and whats better? There prices are reasonable? All their products come with certifications(a lab result or batch result).Maybe Im getting it dry but i have fair results and feel the shit pushing through my veins!
