what are your goals? to gain weight??

too much bread- 6 slices? I would opt for oatmeal, brown rice, sweet taters, etc.

you need protein BEFORE training as well. whats a jacket potato?
you also need carbs AFTER training with that shake as well. cream of wheat, oatmeal, brn. rice, sweet potatoes, etc.

whats' spaghetti bolanagse or chicken breast with casarol ??

you also need a slower digesting protein before bed. that shake is so fast absorbing unless it is a casein or egg blend. Add in some healthy fats here for sure!

you need more veggies in your diet, more healthy fats(as I see very minimal-peanut butter is a poor source of EFA's).

thanks for the good advice Atherjen ive wrote your advice down i thought i was eating too much bread .
how much protein do i need before training? and would 2 hours before training be ok? as i know protein takes longer to digest.
perhaps more nuts would provde me with good fats.
my goals really is to get out of this plateau start gaining more muscle and burn a bit more fat inch on the stomach
ps. a jacket potatoe is what we call a potatoe cooked in the oven
and chicken cararol is a chicken breast in with a very light gravy and onions and spices .my spaghetti bolanasge is mainly pasta and mince beef
thanks for your time and advice Atherjen you been a good help

I would suggest 1-1.5hrs before training(small balanced meal). As for how much protein- basically aim for 1-1.5gprotein/lb bodyweight per day divided equally among each 5 or 6 meals. so that depends.
nuts are an OK source of healthy fats- I would rely on them solely though. fish oil caps are a great investment, along with hempseed oil, avocados, olive oil, flax oil, etc.
- I would have that jacket potato after training along with whey protein instead of prior. go with something a bit more complex.
-as for the gravy on the chicken, Id opt for it without.
-that spaghetti bolansge doesnt sound like a very good choice daily either.
