This is my plan; can you please give opinions/advice?

height is 5'2". I am at 165-168 lbs, and I actually had the opportunity to check my fat % at health fair 4 days ago. I'm at 21% right now . Anyway, I'm going for the fat cut program right now. How do you guys think I'm doing? Am I going the right way? Am I lifting correctly and eating correctly?

Here's how I lift:
- in one weeks time (Mon-Fri) I work out all muscles at least once a week (neck 4ways, delts, tri's, bi's, forearms, pecs, lats, whole abs/obliques, glutes, hams, quads, calves, and that muscle that you lift your knee with, as in a Muay Thai knee) with a flexible routine. I switch between machines and free weights, never letting myself get bored. When I'm doing muscle endurance, I even go for no-weight squats, pushups, and calves raises. For now, I emphasize chest and calves so sometimes I end up doing those twice a week and delay something for next week.

-I cycle every 2-3 weeks: endurance (15+ reps/ 3-5 sets) then I switch to moderate (8-10 reps/3-5 sets), back and forth

I try not to go for max 1-2 reps/set yet because I took the whole Fall 2003 off, to gain mass and of course, college work BLAH! And I have no partner...friends are too busy so max bench/squat/plyometrics are out of the question

cardio: I run, cycle (machine), shadow box, and play bball throughout the week, 45 min- 2 hours a day.

eating: I guess you can say I'm the type of guy who doesn't like to plan strict meals. I don't count how much chicken I ate, how many bananas, calories, etc., I eat in a day. All I'm concerned with is eat, eat, eat. I eat every 2-3 hours and I feel I'm eating like most athletes are (meat, veggies, fruits, whole grain bread, no candy, minimal eating out) at least to my knowledge. I do feel myself getting bigger muscles with only moderate fat gain so I gotta be eating right, somehow! And I almost never ever drink. 1-2 cans/month at most, if even.

Supplements: none. I took Vanilla MRP powder in fall to gain mass and stopped since Feb. I just drink 1-2 scoops w/ milk once a week, just to waste it up so I don't waste my money on it. I do not wish to take anything

sleeping: eh, it's 2am central time. Well, I'm a videogamer/anime fan and staying up late goes hand-in-hand with videogaming/anime/internet. I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a day. Sometimes I get caught up in my games and end up with 5 hours. It's hard....to just tell myself "Sleep!" because I have been playing videogames since 5 yr old and it's a big part of my life.

I know there's always room for improvement. What do you guys think I can do better? What do you guys think I can leave out (not my games! )? Is 21% fat composition okay? I wonder if getting down to 10-15% will show my abs...or if my one pack will still be showing HAHAHA. It's also discouraging sometimes to go the weight room, and everyone there has been lifting for many years, so they are all huge football-like guys, or very lean and ripped. But, gotta keep my head up...I'll first start by getting some sleep!

your workout looks good,just need to work on your diet if you want to see your abs.

Welcome sounds like you have things well planned, although you need more sleep and to concentrate a lil more on diet... how about reading the stickies at the top of the forum on diets and proper nutrition? I think those will really help you
