Hey everyone,
My name is Chris and I just found this forum browsing the net, and signed up after seeing how useful it could be. I started lifting weights about a year and a half ago. Ever since, I've been getting more into health/fitness and it's become my focus of study at college. I'm 5'11 and 160Ibs, and just started eating to bulk up. Lifting off and on my first year I gained about 10 Ibs, without too much emphasis on diet, but now as I try to bulk, my gains don't come quite as easily as they did that first year. I'll post my new diet/workout routines and you guys can let me know what you think. I look forward to our future discussions!
