Sugar free Cookies.

Would you consider sugar free cookies cheating? At one of the stores here they have mothers sugar free wafers and sugar free oreo type cookies and they are only 1 dollar a package. How many of them would be considered a cheat. The actual cookies are small. About half the size as an oreo.

Just because there's no sugar doesnt mean it wont spike your insulin.

If they have sugar alcohols in them, you may well find them detrimental. All the s/f cookies I've seen have maltitol, and maltitol's my nemesis.
