Originally posted by atherjen if you are already doing a mix of both cardio and weights along with dieting, then theres no need to go for too drastic of a calorie defciet. cutting by 500 is fine. any more for a prolonger period and you can kiss some of that muscle goodbye. how about posting your diet meal by meal(time, amount, when you train, etc). and those jellybeans could be holding you back some too!
