Excellent for a clean bulk, its basicly pasta, low in fat and has a little bit of fiber.

nice..i'm on it!

the kind i just had was a lemon spinach mixture and it had 400mg of sodium per serving which seemed a bit high. someone i work with suggested whole wheat cous cous.

Cous Cous is very high GI, actually...it's semolina, which is what pasta is made of, except it has an even higher glycemic load because it's processed in such tiny pieces....

If you can find whole wheat couscous go with that...they have it around here where I'm from.

I ate couscous when i was bulking, pasta too. They are some of my favorite carbs when gaining weight.
