I have looked over a lot of diets, and no one seems to really talk about what is ok to drink other than getting at least a gallon of water a day.
Im currently bulking. And im very thin, and have a high metabolism.
Sooo what is ok to drink, are some better than others, please let me know, thanks

Umm water is always a good one. Some others for anyone are crystal light, diet soda, diet snapple, things like that but should be ussued sparingly. If you are trying to bulk you could probably get away with some milk in your diet as well.
Try and stay away from all the sugars in juices and things like that, they are not needed really.

I stick with water, and water only.
However sometimes I like green tea and coffee, but there is no fluid that is a substitute for water. You can drink diet sodas, tea, coffee, etc., but NONE of these are a replacement for water, remember to drink your minimum of water at the same time.

This is exactly why I only drink water heh. The occastional tea/coffee when I'm in the mood but mainly just water!

besides a gallon of water, I drink Milk all day, Cran w/my p.w.o. shake, coffee sometimes pre w.o. and anything alcoholic on the weekends
