Lima Beans?

ok so im cooking all my meals n all........
i try to make a lean protein, w something green and something w "texture" (not sure of the word).....anyway so baby lima beans? theyre green and they have "texture"? imean are they slow-burning carbs or what?
its really alot easier, less to cook! sometimes, when i eatem ill have flank steak grilled, w justabuncha lima beans.
im really not sure y im asking this, cause everything i cook is pretty healthy +im bulking

Lima beans are a legume not a fibrous vegetable. Good carb source and they are high in fiber and potassium.

Legumes = beans
Fibrous veggies = broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
