B/c of my busy Monday&wednes, which routine is better?

2-3 eggs one yolk only + non-presweetened cereal/oats, 1% lowfat milk, and fruit
work 2hours
pbutter + whole grain bread
class 1hour
workout (either lift or cardio, depends on split schedule) 1 hour
eat
OR IS THIS BETTER:

Which eating routine is better? When I do eat before working out, it's rather fast - I eat, then workout 5-10min right after. I can lift right after eating, and it doesn't affect me. I actually feel more energy! I just can't do situps.
