I was just wondering how frequent cardio sessions should be, what particular time of the day, and whether it should be high volume or high intensity when you are bulking up...

As long as you do a clean bulk, then i don't see a reason to do cardio at all.

I do not do any cardio if I am "bulking", I see no reason to burn the calories.

No cardio is necessary, or even beneficial. However, I like to do 1-2 days of cardio while I bulk for health reasons. I just do it on days that I don't lift and eat 30 minutes before and directly after.
