Im over the moon it's my 3rd week of Sus and im up by 13lb It's my first cycle Im not experiencing much blout i think the novla/proviron are doing more than there job !

Are you taking anything else with it. How dramatic was the change to your diet once you started cycling?

Massive, my diet changed form eating like 100 to 300 cab's a day to like 700 a day and like 3000/4000 cal's !!

700 grams of carbs is 2800 calories, so I sure hope you were at least taking in 4k calories. Still that would leave you with all protein and carbs with zero room for fats.

I don't know your stats but at 700 grams of carbs a day it won't take long for your insulin sensitivity to get shot to hell. that's a a hell of a lot of carbs...

that is double the amount of carbs that Jay Cutler eats in a day at 300lbs.

Why did i say 700 naaaaaaaaaa no way 700g !
Im eating like 7 times so MOST DAYS !! ill TRY and eat like 2 cup's of rice with 3 meal's out of the 7, TRY being the key word !

I can never finish but i put the two cup's on to push myself.
Then i got like my peanut butter & jelly that i have like 4/5 time's to push my cal's up, and whatever else i cram in,TRUT ME when i get to my 3rd meal i struggle BIG TIME ! the carb's make me not even wanna look at the protien on the plate.

My Cal intake dont go below 3000 but on a second glance maybe my carb's is like 400 I am struggleing i all most throw up last night i couldent eat any more !

That is another reason why increasing cals gradually works best.

450g carbs if that is raw rice, I dont measure it cooked because it depends how much water you use.

YEAH yaaa right there ! im in the deep end here, ill see how i get on. I started my cycle at 17stone 5lb im now 18stone 10lb so it's done me real good so far an im only 3 week's in !

for all you yank's 1 stone is 14lb.

I use 1.5 cups less water when I cook my 2 cups of rice, so it wont apply to me. Honestly it never has, I always ended up with more than 3 cups cooked.

honestly no one can tell u that u are using to much or to little its up to personal physiology. Personaly i do best with a high protien mod carb high fat diet with most of my carbs coming around post workout. With the rest coming in complex form through out the day
