Is it a must have for pct or can you get away with novla ?
Also if i take my last shot of sus at like 11 week's when shall i start the novla ???
If im right i should run novla at 60mg for a week the 40mg for a week then 20mg ???

Nolva is perfectly fine. I prefer to spend more and start my therapy practically right away. Last cycle though I just ran femera the whole way through with HCG shots every few days, and then continued light femera use after the cycle finished. I have been off now for almost 8 weeks and for the first time have lost nothing, no crash.

If iv been running novla at 20mg ED for the whole of my cycle will i not need as much for PCT or shall i do what's in my above post ?? what about the proviron shall i stop it while doing my PCT ?

When I had used it for PCT I started with 60mg, then 40, then 20. I tapered over a period of about 5 weeks.
The Docs on the boards are saying more time is better than more dose. Unless someone was on a really heavy cycle, 40/20 tapering is probably quite fine. The body needs time more than anything, to bounce back 100%.
