Basically, I work till very late and have to get up after about 4-5 hours of sleep every day. I wake up totally dead and hungry, and i need some quick and easy nutrition that will last me for the next few hours. I get the rest of my sleep in the afternoon, and then i usually do my workout.
Man, its great being a Uni student.... Working these shitty hours..
Need $$.. but soon finished degrees so, can get much $ and normality/!!!

how about old fashioned oatmeal? 5mins in the microwave. you could add some protein powder and fruit to that as well.
or eggs are easy and quick scrambled to go with.
