How long before gyno can start?

It has been 7 days since my first shot and I keep checking my nipples and think one might be getting sore(maybe I did it screwing with it so much).
When I was about 14, there were a couple of weeks that I had really sore nipples and they have been a bit puffy since. Doesn't bother me too bad but I don't want them any bigger. I guess I may be predisposed to it considering it happened years ago.
Will I know there is a problem if it becomes one? Will it be so obvious I won't have any doubts?
If I do start getting symptoms, what is the best dosage for Nolva?

It should be pretty obvious I think, but it can start really in a single day. With a long ester like you are doing its not likely though.
If you can press on your nipple and it feels weird, like tingly or mild discomfort then its gyno starting because normally you wont feel anything but a simple finger press.
60mg nolva, or 40 could work.

No, until symptoms subside. If its not like a bad thing though you can try even 20mg EOD (or break tabs in half).
Most likely from the dose you are using you wont need much.

When I feel it, its only occasional, its not all day. If you were taking a good load beyond your safety zone then you would feel it more often.

Use whatever source you have, until then you can lower your dose. Nobody is here to dish out sources in a public forum, if you have friends you want to ask in private over email thats your biz.
