I no everyone's gonna tell me to chill out but what's the sortest time you can space out your cycle's ..... ?

ie if you do like a 10 weeker do you have to wait 10 week,s before going again ?

I've always read time on = time off. This is supposed to be the best way to make sure your body gets to regulate itself before you go at it again. I am sure its very tempting to stay on especially if you had awesome gains. Like Mudge said its up to you and how far your willing to push your body.

PCT also counts as time on, which means another 5-8 weeks, making 2 cycles a year not possible.

Only a blood test can tell you when you are recoperated, and you would have to be off the PCT for at least about 6 weeks to get an accurate reading, because residual effects last awhile.

I think I am going to do my cycle that is comming up, and not another one until I am getting ready for my first show next April. Doing a 12 weeker and following time on time off rule I will probably just be ready to go again come that time. I am not going to become a heavy almost always on kind of guy unless I feel that I have a chance at turning pro. If I can't make it to the national level being a moderate user then why put my body through hell just to make it no where in the sport. I think being on all the time just because you wanna be big and bench a ton is kinda foolish.

a good comprimise is to bridge your steroid cycles with things that dont cause hpta shutdown....things like GH, IGF, slin, etc

Unless you are genetically gifted I dont think anyone would make it to being an NPC heavyweight without a good load of juice. Most of those guys are year round. One well built Canadian amateur is near year round but he takes 4 or 6 week breaks, he loses mass quite fast if he comes off he says.

<sigh> my gaps between cycles are 2-3 weeks... i gotta stop that shit. Do you think GH would be a good choice for me for bridging mudge? PRobably not because i heard that GH was for the big boys... and this is only my 3rd cycle.

jag Im pretty sure your not gonna be able to afford gh. you were hurtin from losein 300 bucks...300 will get you about a months worth of gh and gh is worthless unless run for at least 5-6 months.......

yeh i got it figured out rabbit... roughly 780$ for 6month supply at 2iu's a day

Found some for $2.20 a IU

And the reason i was complaining about 300$ is becuz... well its 300$ lol... I got money built back up now.. just Right then i could not spend an Extra 300$ for some EQ

2-4 iu is the general dosage...many believe different gh kits have different effects so some people think some of the more popular brands like jintropin can be run at 2ius a day with good results....but gh good results are not gear good results...gains will be slow and very unpronounced

if you buy in a ridiculous bulk you can usually get it cheaper... 2.2 a iu sounds like M** prices ...they are good people...if its them and you have a good hunk of cash ask about bulk priceing...think its not bulk till your in the 12 month supply ballpark

I wouldn't bother running just 2 ius personally, I believe you need to be at least 4-8 iu's/day for about a year to really reap the benefits. Run it with educated doses of slin and even mild anabolics and you will be set.

Hell yes it is, I was going to do 2iu ED myself. If I do jump on it wont be for another 2 months probably, I want to try and find some kexing and compare prices.

2-3iu is what is recommended for first timers, and even that is enough to bring on side effects in many people. If the kit is mixed poorly or not fridged then the results will be poor, the GH can become discolored from it.

Anyhow, dont order more than 3 kits from overseas is what I hear.

From someone that just lost 600iu's, I agree. I almost wouldn't purchase any at all overseas.

well i get blood work and i come out normal but i still feel guilty for not doing a proper recovery.

But it was well worth it... When i get a scanner or Web camera u will see this transformation that went on in 8 or 9 months...

I mean 3GH kits, the kits I look at are 100iu. There is someone pimping GH in vials up to 600iu for a low price, but I dont have $100,000 in chemistry equipment or training to prepare it.

I wouldn't even think of doing GH yet. Besides I have not done my homework on it, and I wouldn't want to just get any ol brand. I typically only want the best and that probably means more $$$.

Are you talking LR3 IGF-1 or hGH? There is Long rhGH in 22.5iu kits, a shot bi-weekly or even monthly for those on a budget.

I haven't seen anyone get results from LR3 IGF-1 that really sound comparable to GH, some people even get stuff thats already bad by the time it gets to them (yellowed sollution).

ya gensci has released a slick LR3 IGF-1 kit...it looks tight...i will definately run that some time in the future

The only bad thing, Jin is only good for 4 days after reconstitution, making a 600ml vial completely worthless to someone without a lot of equipment and lab training.

I've been bump'n "humatrope" by Lilly I brought a bunch back from Hollywood. What do you guys think about that brand? I got no knowledge on any other brands because it's been tha only type that I've always had. I've dosed kinda on tha low side cuz Mudge once sprikled me bout get'n bloated guts from extreme use.

Dont know if many people on the boards have used it because I haven't seen the name mentioned hardly at all, Somatropin maybe which I believe is also American.

Mostly people go for Chinese because its far cheaper.
