Help out diet...

Ive been looking around at diets and trying to decide what I would like to try... Some things that other people have available to them I do not have, so I have to use what I got. Ive been eating this same course for about a week now I was just wondering what I should alter I know its probably not going ot be perfect. but i am looking to slim down a bit and loose fat and put on some muscle mass. I currently do 2-3 days of weight training and 3-4 days of Cardio work outs. im 17 so i have school everyday so i pack my own lunches here is what my day usually consists of...

Meal 1:
Oatmeal or eggs (matters how much time I have in the morning)
Piece of fruit: Apple, pear, peach....
Large cup of water

Meal 2:
Tuna sandwhich on 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, (tuna out of can) no mayo
1/4 cup of mixed nuts
Piece of Fruit
1/2 - 1 cup Celery
1/2 - 1 cup Mushrooms
2 cups of water

Meal 3:
Piece of fruit ( I luv fruit )
1 cup of fresh salad topped with various veggies and fat free or reduced fat dressing.
cup of water

Meal 4:
Baked Chicken or fish
brown rice (if available)
vegetable (collaflower, broccolli, etc.)
cup of water

Meal 5:
I need help with my 5th meal its usually just random I dont know what is good to take in at this point.

Please tell me anything I should change, Im looking to reduce calories and fat intake and just eat healthier. Thank you.
