hi, i was curious if it was a good idea or not to do spot injections with T 200 or T250, (delts and tris) i have heard that it could knot up and be painful for me, can someone give me some advice on this please...

If you are doing frequent shots you could try it, site injections dont cause localized growth beyond a temporary oil deposit though.
