Originally posted by curiousity Hold on there Jodi. I think you skimmed my question. Please read it again. I am talking about the meal after my PWO meal, hence "post-PWO". After my workout, I drink 44g of Whey protein plus rice cakes for carbs. No fat or fiber to slow down the digestion -- protein to muscles as quick as possible, and fast digesting carbs to provide the body energy to work its magic. My next meal is Cottage cheese and Flax seed oil when I lift in the evening, because I am going to bed. My question is for during the day. If I have cottage cheese and flax seed oil after a morning lifting session(1.5hr or so and after my PWO meal), should I throw in more carbs (8g from cottage cheese)? |
