Also, lol don't worry about how many caps you take a day. Hell, unless I eat salmon or something, I take 9 fish oil caps a day.

It was uneventful - it stormed the whole weekend through. Good waves, but really bad motivational weather
oh well, this weekend should go better. Hope yours was better than mine!!!
