I recently stumbled across this forum and was really impressed with the discussion.
I'm 6'5, 235lbs and have been lifting for a few years on and off. I'm currently trying to add lean body mass and shed 10-15lbs of fat. I'm following a 3 day split:-
Typically I do 8 sets for major bodyparts and 6 for smaller areas - most to positive failure and occassional drop sets. I also do a couple of days of cardio.
