Is it possible to become water-logged and drink too much water?

I drank 3 Liters yesterday before noon and 3 liters after. I am going to the bathroom like 4 times an hour.

Wont my body just become used to the water and then not want so much of it on some days than others?

Im just trying to make sure Im not overdoing it.

I drink 6-8L of water a day. You get use to the bathroom trips

Until you start reaching 12+ Liters a day there is no need to worry about .

Or is that the total opposite. Bloating = lack of water, more sodium no?

I drink a lot of water as well but it is not necessaty to drink that much, I drink it because I like it. The old 70īs research that said to consume 2 litters of water a day took in consideration water from food too. That can represent 40% or more.

Drinking more water helps get rid of bloat and water retention. Its backwards what most people believe.

nope...increasing water intake reduces edema (bloating)
