Bulk Advice

I'm looking to bulk this summer, I am currently 5'11", 181 lbs with 11% body fat. I'll eat any amount of eggs I have to for breakfast, for lunch I could have chicken breast or tuna, and I love broccoli so I'd have that at any time. In between I could have 2 protein shakes. I'd just like to know if anyone has a plan they go by that is similar to this that would fill in the rest of what I should be eating, as well as any times where I should be taking any other supplements. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

to bulk you need a lot of carbs in your diet f the complex variety
