hi, im new, i know all about carb cycling, but was wondering approx. how many pounds of fat would be lost per week by reducing the carbs for a few days and then going back up. Obviously you would lose more than just limiting calories, but i was just curious if anyone had any experience with it and new the estmiated pounds of fat lost each week. thank you if you can help.

It's per individual. Some lose fast some lose slower. It also depends on your dedication and your weight training. I'm sorry but there is no answer to this question. You have to try and see how it works for you.
