i have a question about my gains/losses. i am 19 years old and 4 the last 2 months i have lost focus/interest in working out and i have lost some mass (about 3/4 in. on my arms.) it has been a combination of stopping my diet, no longer taking supplements, and drinking alcohol on the weekends (the day after i drink i feel so weak, alcohol really does damage 2 my muscles.) neway now that im out of school i really want 2 get back in2 lifting again, but i was just 1dering since im trying 2 get back muscle i already had, will it take me as long as it did 2 gain it or will it, will it be easier, or will it not take as long being i already had it (i remember reading something about "muscle memory?")

if you eat right and train it will come back rather quickly, and yes it's known as the "muscle memory" phenomenon.
