Need more FAT in diet, suggestion?

Hi I need more fat in my Diet what is your suggestion?
I'm doing 50%P 15%carb 35%Fat

I already have lots of Flax Seed oil.
Peanuts butter, Almonds, 2 Fish cap oil a day.

I would like to go for Egg Yolks or Mayonnaise.
What's better between these 2?

It's not always a matter of what is better...use variety...why not both? There are many ways to increase fat....not just egg yolks or mayo.

I agree on better fat choices. Nuts, olive oil, flax, fish oil etc.

Now if you plan on doing this, I certainly hope you plan on refeeding. Following a low carb diet like this requires a refeed or a carb up at the very least or you will burn out fast.

When should I refeed? and with what?
I had post my diet in an other thread.

Jodi suggested that I increase my calorie because I was too low.
I was doing 50% cal, 20% carb, 30% fat at 10xBW.

So I increased to 13xBW and change the ratio so I don't increase too much the carbs 50% cal, 15% carb, 35% fat.
But because I have a hard time cheating on the week-end I though it will be a good idea to reduce the carb and on the week-end I cheat on carbs.
In my last post of the thread above I was posting the kind of cheat meal I'm having on the week-end.

I'm insuline insensitive... For what that means....

I have attach my plan at 13xbw with 50/15/35...

You agree on better fat choices meaning having eggs yolks or Mayonaise is good or meaning I should go for something else?

I will maybe have one egg yolks and more fish oil.

OK I just read the sticky on Leptin again. I didn't make the link between Leptin and refeed.... Sorry
Know I know with what I should refeed and when...
