I was doing 50% cal, 20% carb, 30% fat at 10xBW. So I increased to 13xBW and change the ratio so I don't increase too much the carbs 50% cal, 15% carb, 35% fat. But because I have a hard time cheating on the week-end I though it will be a good idea to reduce the carb and on the week-end I cheat on carbs.
