I just bought Optimum Nutrition Fish Oil. It was only like $3.25, is it different than more expensive kinds? It has to be the same doesent it? Im using it with ab-solved.

Yeah, it'll do the trick. No matter what you should supplement with EFA's so it makes no difference weither you're using it with ab-solved.

LOL, it probably cost about $.50 to make it. The bottle and packaging has a higher production cost than the oil.
of course there is no difference with the "expensive kinds", but if it makes you feel better to pay more, go for it.
