Is this correct way to workout Carb & fat requirments ?
Carbs: 2-3g/ # of body weight
Fat .33 - .5g / # of body weight

Depends of what type of diet you are following.
I do 40%protein, 40%carb, 20% fat.

Yeh,what about people with slow metabolism,I can burn fat and build muscle alright
