After being stuck in a rut for about 3-4 weeks I seem to have dropped at least a full percentage point since I started it. Nothing else in my workout/diet has changed. BTW, I'm extremely sensitive to caffeine. I had a quarter of a cup of coffee the other day at 2pm and didn't sleep well that night. So HEAT is right up my alley. I've taken 3 caps @ 3pm and had no sleep problems. I'm sure I could try later in the day but I'm a chicken, I hate not sleeping
