I just bought the UG Labs M1T, 5mg each, when do you take the m1t, and if taking 10 mg do u have to split the doses? Thanks for your help.

You can take it whenever and you can split the dose if you want or take it all together.

Splitting the does is supposed to relieve some of the sides

take it all 1 hour before your workout. youll get a sick pump and feel like a monster.
